Venture Life Group CEO Jerry Randall to retire; Daniel Wells to succeed
Jerry Randall will retire as CEO on 31 December 2026 and will be succeeded by CFO Daniel Wells; Randall will remain a director until 31 May 2027 and then adviser to the board and senior management.
Sept 29 (Reuters) — Venture Life Group Plc said Chief Executive Officer Jerry Randall will retire from the role effective 31 December 2026. Daniel Wells, currently the group’s chief financial officer, will succeed Randall as CEO. Randall will remain a director of the company until 31 May 2027 and after that will continue as an adviser to the board and senior management team.
