Close Brothers Group: loan book growth accelerated in FY 2026; no 2026 final dividend

Close Brothers Group said underlying loan book growth accelerated through the second half of FY 2026, expects FY 2027 underlying loan book growth of 5-10% and restructuring costs of about £30-40 million, and will not pay a final dividend for the 2026 financial year.
