Tata Sons IPO, leadership transition unlikely to affect ratings immediately, S&P Global says

A potential Tata Sons listing and leadership transition at the Tata Group would not immediately affect ratings on its operating companies, ratings agency S&P Global said on Tuesday, adding that any changes to the conglomerate's financial policies are likely to be gradual.
