Niox Group proposes tender offer of up to £12.5 million at 80 pence per share

Niox Group PLC said it proposes a tender offer for up to £12.50 million at 80 pence per share and set out a notice of general meeting. It also reported H1 2026 revenues of £24 million and adjusted EBITDA of £8.30 million.
