Ppi Public Property Invest to submit separate offers for Origa Care and Publicus

Ppi Public Property Invest intends to submit two separate offers: for Origa Care at EUR 9 per share, and for Publicus Fastighets at SEK 110 per share, comprising 70% new Ppi shares at SEK 25.67 per share and 30% cash. Aggregate consideration totals SEK 133 million cash and SEK 309 million in new Ppi shares.
