Elivision shareholders approve share exchange agreement with Roboworks

Elivision held an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on Sept. 29, 2026, adopting resolutions approving a comprehensive share exchange agreement with Roboworks and amending its articles of incorporation, adding new business-purpose clauses.
