S&U (SUS.L) half-year revenue rises 11% but profit before tax is flat

UK specialist motor and property financier S&U reported half-year revenue up 11% year-on-year, with profit before tax flat. Basic EPS was little changed at 96.8p; it raised its interim dividend to 36p from 35p. S&U said it plans to draw down on a new £600 mln securitisation facility in October to support growth.
