On Sept. 28, 2026, Greencoat Renewables bought back 161,817 ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin for EUR 0.7720 to EUR 0.7790 each (VWAP EUR 0.7770). Shares will be canceled; 200,000 shares are held in treasury; 1,075,464,766 shares are in issue excluding treasury.
