Beowulf Mining financing delayed as Sweden opens FDI review of Bacchus investment

Sweden’s Inspectorate of Strategic Products opened an FDI review of Bacchus Capital’s investment, with timing uncertain and up to three months, or up to six months in special cases, risking a lapse of the 30 September 2026 long-stop date.
