Incanthera reports final results for year ended 31 March 2026

The specialist dermatology and oncology company said it achieved first revenues from skin+CELL direct-to-consumer sales and completed a strategic acquisition of Swiss skincare brand énielle. It also said it raised gross proceeds of £355,000 through unsecured convertible loan notes.
