PayPoint targets 5%-8% annual net revenue growth under four-unit operating model

PayPoint set out a simplified four-unit operating model targeting 5%-8% annual net revenue growth medium term, with Network Services 5%-10% and Digital Payments & Open Banking more than 20%. Merchant Services plans a strategic reset supported by Handepay Connect due in Q4 2026, alongside a GBP 30 million annual share buyback through March 2028 and dividends moving toward about two times cover.
