Meantime Resources Plc plans AIM admission and mining acquisition strategy

The AIM applicant said it aims to become an investing company focused on precious and base metals assets, with an initial focus on established mining jurisdictions in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. It expects to complete an acquisition and become an operating company within 18 months of admission.
