Incanthera completes £355,000 convertible loan note financing

Incanthera said it raised gross proceeds of £355,000 through unsecured convertible loan notes from new and existing investors. It also agreed to issue 710,000 warrants exercisable at 2 pence each, subject to shareholder authorities.
