MOL signs deal to operate JAMSTEC Arctic research vessel Mirai II

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines will provide operational services for the icebreaking-capable vessel. Delivery is slated for Dec. 18, 2026, with the first Arctic Ocean expedition around summer 2027.
