Prasol Chemicals gains 7% after quarterly profit more than doubles

The specialty chemical maker said June-quarter profit after tax rose to 610.2 million rupees from 243.4 million rupees a year earlier. Revenue from operations rose 36% to 4.34 billion rupees, and the stock was up 12.7% since listing on Sept. 16.
