LB Semicon major shareholder Gu Bon-cheon raises pledged shares to 6.41% in disclosure update

Controlling shareholder group stake was unchanged at 19,742,207 shares, or 28.17%, as of Sept. 28, 2026. Pledged shares under key contracts rose to 4,489,237 shares, or 6.41%, from 3,868,207 shares, or 5.52%, driven by a stock-collateral borrowing arrangement.
