CODI delays paid-in capital increase payment date to Oct. 29

The company said the new shares are now expected to list on Nov. 19, 2026, versus Oct. 22 previously. The deal covers 445,632 common shares priced at KRW 2,244 each, raising KRW 999,998,208 for working capital.
