Canopy Skyfire names Wilson & Partners as new auditor after Fan Chan retirement

Board moved to appoint Wilson & Partners after Fan, Chan & Co. retired at the AGM. Shareholders will vote on the appointment at an EGM on Oct. 2, 2026.
