Navigator Global Investments jumps 8.8% on Invictus stake sale

Shares rose as much as A$2.47 after New York Life Investment Management agreed to buy a 60% stake in Invictus Capital Partners. NGI expects $40 million-$43 million in upfront proceeds and up to $32 million in earn-out payments.
