Protia announces 1-for-2 bonus share issue

Protia will issue 6,439,857 new common shares, increasing outstanding shares to 19,319,572 from 12,879,715. Record date is Oct. 14, 2026, and the new shares are scheduled to list on Nov. 5, 2026.
