Revised large-shareholding filing says the share count held with affiliates stayed at 3,347,235, while the voting-share base fell to 5,478,550 from 5,577,274. The change followed affiliate Bang Eui-jong exercising stock options on Sept. 21, converting 11,000 shares into voting stock.
