OCI halts TDI manufacturing and sales business, 5.87% of revenue

The shutdown is part of a restructuring to exit a loss-making operation. Suspended operations represented KRW 117.95 billion in sales, or 5.87% of 2025 consolidated revenue of KRW 2.01 trillion, and is scheduled for Dec. 18, 2026.
