Shinghung corrects governance report on shareholder meeting date

Amended filing says the company did not hold its shareholder meeting outside Korea’s peak meeting dates, reversing the core governance indicator to non-compliant from compliant. The correction covers the 2025 reporting period and was dated Sept. 29, 2026.
