US states challenge FAA environmental review of drone delivery rules

A group of 15 states and Harris County, Texas, sued the FAA over its late-July environmental review for planned beyond-visual-line-of-sight drone package delivery rules. The lawsuit says the review failed to adequately analyze safety risks and environmental impacts.
