Mackenzie Realty Capital FY26 net loss narrows 41% to $14.13 million

Rental, reimbursements and other property income fell 14% to $13.07 million at commercial properties, while residential income rose 18% to $6.94 million. Impairment loss on assets held for sale was $1.69 million.
