Accendra Health sets Oct. 5 start date for incoming CEO Kenneth Gardner-Smith

Amended 8-K says Kenneth Gardner-Smith will start as president and CEO on Oct. 5, 2026. Edward A. Pesicka will remain CEO until then and retire from the board.
