Kimberly-Clark launches exchange offers for up to $7 billion of Kenvue notes

Offers target all outstanding Kenvue Senior Notes tied to Kimberly-Clark's pending acquisition. Early tenders by Oct. 9 get a $30 early participation premium in notes plus $1 cash per $1,000.
