Voyager Technologies completes $402.5 million convertible senior notes offering

Voyager said the private offering includes $52.5 million of notes sold after the initial purchasers fully exercised their option. Net proceeds are about $391.6 million, with $52.5 million earmarked for capped call transactions and the rest for general corporate purposes.
