Dow Dips Over 200 Points; Dallas Fed’s Manufacturing Index Declines In September

U.S. stocks traded lower midway through trading, with the Dow Jones index falling more than 200 points on Monday. The Dow traded down 0.42% to 51,611.16 while the NASDAQ dipped 0.62% to 26,900.43. The S&P 500 also fell, dropping, 0.55% to 7,700.96. Leading and Lagging Sectors Health care shares jumped by 0.3% on Monday. In trading on Monday, communication services stocks fell by 1.4%. Top Headline The Dallas Fed's general business activity index for Texas manufacturing fell to 9.8 in September from 11.6 in the previous month.
