Legal & General buys 11,338,186 shares in buyback programme

The company said it bought the shares from 21 September to 25 September 2026 through J.P. Morgan Securities plc. The purchased shares will be cancelled; total voting rights will be 5,445,811,792 after settlement and cancellation.
