A-CAP says South Carolina insurance regulators agree to mediation

Atlantic Coast Life and Southern Atlantic Re dismissed their lawsuit against Director Wise without prejudice after the South Carolina Department of Insurance agreed to mediate. A-CAP said the move could reduce regulatory uncertainty around its insurance businesses.
