NORMA Group SE: Bank of America Corporation raises voting rights to 5.23%

Bank of America Corporation said its total voting rights in NORMA Group rose to 5.23% from 2.54% in a WpHG notification. Merrill Lynch International was named as the shareholder holding directly 3% or more voting rights.
