Hunt Capital Partners closes $17.1 million financing for Kansas City housing rehab

The financing will rehabilitate two 1923 buildings into a 55-unit affordable housing community in Kansas City, Missouri. The project includes Federal and state low-income housing tax credits and bank loans.
