CBOT soybean futures plunge as China tariff cuts exclude soybeans

Soybeans were left off proposed China-U.S. tariff cuts on agricultural goods, while corn, wheat, sorghum, soyoil and soymeal were included. The most-active CBOT soybean contract fell as low as $12.79-1/4 a bushel, its lowest since Aug. 31.
