Comstock says court granted summary judgment in Herndon litigation

Comstock said Fairfax County Circuit Court granted summary judgment in favor of Comstock Herndon Venture in Town of Herndon v. Comstock Herndon Venture. The company said it remains willing to work with officials on redeveloping the Herndon property.
