Vox Royalty to buy 0.75% Sorby Hills royalty for $13 million

The royalty is on Sorby Hills in Western Australia and is held by a private seller. Closing is expected in Q4 2026, subject to customary conditions and Australia’s Foreign Investment Review Board approval.
