Schneider Electric unit registers EUR 70 per share tender offer for Shelly Group

SE 2026 A SAS filed a voluntary cash tender offer for all Shelly Group shares. The offer is subject to a 95% minimum acceptance threshold and needs approval from Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission before the acceptance period starts.
