Bumech unit administrator files lawsuit against Poland's State Treasury over 5.10 bln zlotys
Claim includes PLN 4.67 billion damages and PLN 425.31 million lost profits for 2023-2025.

The company said the decision disrupted competition in the Polish coal market and is now under European Commission investigation.
