NATO commander says Russia's goal is to break will of Ukraine's allies

BRUSSELS, Sept 28 (Reuters) — NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe Alexus Grynkewich told EU lawmakers on Monday that Russian activity aims to weaken the resolve of Ukraine's allies to keep supporting Kyiv. He said that if a hybrid attack hits a country, publicly attributing it when authorities are confident about the source would help strengthen support for Ukraine and could deter the "sponsor states".
