Offers cover eight Connecticut Avenue Securities notes from 2022-R08 to 2023-R06, totaling about $1.59 billion in original principal balance. Deadline is 5 p.m. New York time on Oct. 2, 2026, with settlement expected Oct. 6, 2026.
