Harmony Acquisitions to acquire Vimy Pharmaceuticals in reverse takeover

Harmony will be renamed Vimy Pharmaceuticals after a three-cornered amalgamation. Completion is targeted for late October 2026, with an outside date of Nov. 30, 2026.
