Lesha Bank acquires portfolio of 33 aircraft from Avolon
The acquisition was made through an investment structure on behalf of Lesha Aviation Fund. Lesha Aviation Services will manage the portfolio, bringing Lesha Bank's total managed fleet to more than 75 aircraft.
Lesha Bank said on Sept. 28 it acquired a portfolio of 33 aircraft from Avolon. The acquisition was completed through an investment structure on behalf of Lesha Aviation Fund. After the transaction, the portfolio will be managed by Lesha Aviation Services, taking the bank’s total managed fleet to more than 75 aircraft.
