Terreno Realty sells Fairfield, N.J., industrial property for $8.8 million

The vacant 31,000-square-foot distribution building on 2.2 acres was sold on Sept. 25, 2026. Terreno said the property was bought in 2013 for $2.8 million and generated an 11.9% unleveraged internal rate of return.
