Terreno Realty sells Fairfield, New Jersey property for $8.8 million

The industrial real estate company said it sold the vacant 31,000 square foot building on 2.2 acres on Sept. 25, 2026. It said the property was bought in 2013 for $2.8 million and generated an 11.9% unleveraged internal rate of return.
