LoanPro and Spring Labs partner on complaint and dispute automation

LoanPro said customers can add Spring Labs' AI-native complaint, dispute and quality management tools inside its platform. The initial integration is expected in Q4 2026, with credit, transaction and fraud disputes to follow in 2027.
