Duck Creek launches Agentic FNOL for claims intake automation

Duck Creek says the early-access product uses AI agents to capture, validate and route claims across digital, voice-to-text and mobile channels. It is built on the Duck Creek Agentic AI Platform and developed with Google Cloud using Gemini models.
