VICI Properties enters agreements on Century Mile, Century Downs leases

VICI will enter a new triple-net lease with a Highfield subsidiary for Century Mile and Century Downs in Alberta and amend its master lease with Century Casinos. The company said there will be no change to aggregate rent collected and the transactions are expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026 or first quarter of 2027.
