Angel Oak Financial Strategies Income Term Trust announces annual meeting results

Shareholders representing approximately 92% of eligible shares participated in the 2026 annual meeting and approved the listed proposals. The fund said it elected three trustees, reduced a trustee-removal threshold and ratified Cohen & Company as auditor.
