SEGRO, Prologis say meetings approve recommended share offer

SEGRO said the requisite majorities at the Court Meeting and General Meeting voted in favour of the scheme of arrangement. The deal remains subject to the remaining conditions, including court sanction, and is expected to become effective in the first half of 2027.
