Intermap says PCI shareholders back acquisition of remaining shares

PCI Geomatics Group shareholders approved the deal at a special meeting on Sept. 25 with 99.99% of votes cast in favor. A court hearing on the final order is scheduled for Sept. 28, and closing is expected in mid-October 2026, subject to remaining conditions.
